wholesale account will be opened
once a
Wholesale Application is
submitted and approved and
a copy of business license or tax ID
faxed or mailed to us. Your credit
card will NOT be charged till you
have been contacted by us via phone
or email.
Wholesalers/Resellers have
the option to purchase a
reseller kit (Required for
starting businesses
looking to resell
grills/dental caps). All
others will be charged a
$50 application fee and
$15 additional shipping
charge if applicant wants
Posters/Catalogs mailed to
them.
The reseller kit is a turnkey package that
costs $200 and includes the following :

account allows you to order the

in gold, silver or platinum.

application does not mean that you card will be charged multiple times. We
will charge your card only once.
