Tax

We are a
wholesale company, customer purchase
our product for resell therefore we
request some business relate
document before we process the
orders. We
must have signed tax form and
a photo copy of your Tax ID
number and a photocopy of a
government issued photo ID on
file to process your orders.
Resellers are advised to mail these
documents along with their first
order. We are always here to provide
startup companies instructions to
obtain necessary tax documents.
Payment Options
The only
payment method accepted from new
wholesale client/resellers is cash
or same as cash payments like money
order, wire transfer and cashier’s
check. Credit/debit card and
personal/business check payments are
accepted from customers with good
track record with Johnny Dang & Co.
We can, however, make certain
exceptions in extraordinary
circumstances. Clients are subject

We thrive to
promptly serve our customers and we
also understand the urgency of each
order made by wholesale
clients/resellers due to the
agreement they have with their
customers. We are often quoted as
among the fastest in custom jewelry
manufacturing process coast to
coast. While we try our best to
expedite production for every
wholesale order, certain delay may
be caused by unforeseen
circumstances and clients will be
duly notified about any delay in
production process.

it in the order form when sending

Warranty
Products
that are custom made cannot be
returned under any circumstances. We
will provide a design/mock up of the
product before production begins.
Due to the fact that all of our
products are custom made for each
individuals we are not able to issue
any refunds to our customers.
However, we do believe in our
customers’ satisfaction. Our
products are of highest quality and
goes through rigorous quality
inspection before they are shipped
to customers.
Grills: Grills,
like most dental products and
personalized body jewelry, often
need minor adjustment according to
match customer's comfort level. If
our grills do not fit properly
reseller’s must follow instructions

perform minor adjustments prior
to contacting us. If problem still
persists then the only option would
be to send the grill back along with
old and new molds so that we can
tighten and adjust the grill. Please
call the customer service line (713
777 2026 x101) before mailing your
grill. We must receive your call
within 7 business days after you
have received your grill. Once you
have called the customer service
line you must mail the grill back
within the next 10 business days.
Once we receive a grill
we will then examine why the product
did not fit and try to adjust the
grill. If it is determined that any
grill did not fit due to our
negligence we will remanufacture
that grill after we have tried all
other ways to make the grill fit.
Grills not fitting due to improper
molding are subjected to redo fees.

Resellers
interested in carrying Johnny Dang &
Co watches in their inventory can
purchase watches and return them for
store credit or full refund minus a
restocking fee. Watches must be in
brand new condition to be considered
for refund or credit.
Custom Jewelry:
All sales
are final. There are no refunds or
exchanges. Modification may be
performed for appropriate fee. While
we meticulously inspect each product
before shipping, some settings may
not be as strong as the rest
resulting in missing diamonds. The
following warranty applies in such
situation:

Resellers
are responsible for any charges
incurred due to missing diamond
replacement.
Silver Jewelry
All sales
are final. We will only fix
manufacturing defects. All products
are thoroughly checked before
shipping. Please note: Silver
tarnishes a lot faster than gold.
Remember, the more humid the climate
the faster silver will tarnish.
Repair, plating and cleaning
services
All
repairs, plating and cleaning
services performed by us are under
warranty for 60 days from the date
of delivery. This warranty excludes
damages caused by any chemical
treatment or accidental breakage.
Appraisals
Complimentary
Jewelry appraisals are available
with jewelry purchases over
$5,000.00. An appraisal will be
provided with custom jewelry worth
over this amount if requested.
Jewelry appraisals include the
suggested retail value or the cost
it would be to replace the piece of
jewelry. Appraisals also include
technical specifications, such as:
diamond weight, metal weight,
diamond shape, and diamond clarity.
Resellers can also purchase
appraisals for diamond products both
made by us and other manufacturers
for a flat fee of $50. Unusually
high value jewelry and large
solitaire diamonds may require a
higher appraisal fee.
Shipping Policy
For
safety and security purpose, order
can only be shipped to the
registered address unless shipping
instructions is received in writing.
Orders
are shipped using Fedex Standard
Overnight. Fedex Priority Overnight
(for morning and Saturday delivery),
Fedex 2nd day, Fedex
Express Saver, USPS Express
(Overnight), and USPS Priority mail
(2-3 days). UPS and DHL shipping is
only available if reseller schedule
pick up of packages from our
factory.
Automatic
tracking notifications are generally
provided for resellers with email
addresses. Resellers must visit the
carrier’s website or call them
directly to track a package. COD
amount and tracking number for COD
packages will be notified either via
email or by phone. Customers are
responsible for having COD payment
ready to accept delivery. Delivery
may be delayed if payment is not
ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery
speed may vary based on delivery
location. Saturday is counted as a
business day for USPS shipments.
Saturday delivery fee applies for
any packages shipped using Fedex.
Reseller’s are responsible for
shipping and shipping insurance for
packages shipped to and from JD&CO factory. It
is the sole responsibility of the
reseller to insure packages for the
full value of each package when
mailing packages to JD &CO.
Resellers are responsible for
notifying JD& CO about insurance
value for any jewelry sent for
repair for return insurance purpose. A
discounted shipping and insurance
price is available and will be
offered to resellers asking for
insurance for packages shipped by
JD&CO. Packages without any
insurance request and shipped via
Fedex will be automatically insured
for upto $500 by Johnny Dang & CO. Please call
wholesale customer service for details.
Johnny
Dang & Co concludes all
responsibility for packages once
packages are handed over to the
shipping service provider. Packages
are only insured by Johnny Dang & CO for the requested
value specified prior to shipping by resellers.
Johnny Dang and CO assumes liability
for up to $100 per item shipped
unless a higher value declaration is
requested by the recepient/reseller.
A $100 processing fee applies to any
claims handled by JD&CO.
Johnny
Dang & Co must be notified about any
damages to a package or about lost
packages. But the recipient must
first notify the shipping service at
the time of delivery or within 24
hours from the delivery commitment
time if
delivery does not take place.
Damaged merchandise must be reported
to Johnny Dang & Co within 48 hours
from delivery so that insurance
claim process can be initiated.
Damaged
jewelry will be repaired or replaced
based on the insurance obtained for
the package. Opting out of taking
insurance for the package will be
deemed as the reseller assuming all
risk for the content of the package
during shipment from JD& CO factory.
Resellers are responsible for any
charges incurred due to repair work
performed on damaged product or the
cost for a replacement product if a
request for insurance was not
submitted to JD&CO.
In case
of a total loss of a package for a
fully insured package, Johnny Dang
& CO will deduct any unpaid or COD
amount from the insurance claim
check up to the full amount of the
balance from orders shipped in the
missing package. The remainder of
the claim fund will be used for
product replacement. Johnny Dang &
CO will be accountable for up to
$100 each item shipped in the
package. Johnny Dang & Co will
generally insure domestic outgoing
package for up to $20000 if a NON
COD
package (Fully paid orders) is shipped overnight (to
most locations) using USPS express
mail.
Resellers
are responsible for COD fees up to
$15 for each package shipped using
COD service. Packages involving COD
may be insured by Johnny Dang & CO
for up to $2500 so that the cost of all or
portion of the product manufactured
by Johnny Dang & CO can be recovered
in case of a complete loss of
package. In such event Johnny Dang &
CO can not be held liable for any
other content of the package that
was not asked to be insured by the
reseller. Once insurance claim is
resolved, a reseller has the option
to reorder the product. Johnny Dang
& CO and company will retain the
replacement cost of the original
product in the event the reseller
does not place another order for the
same or another product and a
deposit was not paid when order was
placed. In the event a deposit was
received, resellers will
have the option to receive a full
refund of their deposits or receive
store credit.
Product
estimated shipping time can greatly
vary depending on type of product
ordered. Please see Turnaround time
frame above.
All
in-stock products usually ship
within 48 hours. Custom product
shipping time varies. An approximate
shipping date will be provided when
order has been finalized.
Saturday
delivery for COD packages will be
subject to a $20 Saturday delivery
fee in additional to the standard
shipping charge.
Drop shipping
is available for products fully paid
products. Packages can be shipped
using reseller’s information in the
shipper information field
domestically and internationally.
Request for drop shipment is
required in writing. Product must be
insured for the full value when drop
shipped.
Pricing & Advertisements
Jewelry on
flyers and other advertisements is
enlarged to show detail. All diamond
weights are approximate. Chain is
not included in pendant price. There
may be additional charges for
jewelry sizing. We make every effort
to avoid errors in pricing and
product information, however, if a
mistake does occur, we reserve the
right to correct it, and in our sole
discretion, to refuse or cancel any
order placed for that item at the
incorrect price. All prices listed
on this site are in U.S. dollars. We
reserve the right to change prices
without any notice. Resellers are
requested to keep themselves up to
date with the gold and platinum
market price.
All
photographic, clerical,
typographical and printing errors
are subject to correction.
Special Sale
Section from

is excluded from wholesale pricing.
Wholesale prices of two identical
products may be different due to
diamond quality differences.
Resellers are
allowed to use “Authorized Dealer of
Johnny Dang & Co” in their
advertisements. Resellers must not
misrepresent themselves as
Johnny
Dang & Co employees.
Johnny
Dang & Co will always try to beat
competitors prices. Resellers must
submit a printed quotation from
another manufacturer or a published
advertisement in order for us to
match or beat prices.
Exchange
and Returns Policy
Because all
jewelry is custom made we do not
offer refunds. Except in the event
that any part of our products prove
defective, in either materials or
manufacturer; in this case we will
repair or replace it within 30 days
of the purchase, free of charge.
Custom
Pendants may be traded in for new
products. Resellers are allowed to
provide their own gold and diamonds.
1 and half times ( pendant estimated
weight X 1.5) gold is needed for
casting. Unused gold can be used as
payment or can be returned to
customer.
Gold
Teeth Liability
18k gold
is recommended for permanent caps.
Resellers assume all responsibility
when ordering permanents in 10k or
14k. Single cap lower than 18k are
excluded from our warranty terms and
conditions.
