You can purchase a mold kit separately or during the time you place the order for a grill. We will mail you the mold kit and wait for it to be returned. Then we will start working on your grill.
There is no need to purchase a brand new mold kit from us. You can use your own mold as long as you are confident that your teeth did not go through any change since you got your mold.

Do I Really Need

You will receive the mold kit by mail with all
the easy step by step instructions on how to use it. There will be
enough to take several molds. If you already have a mold and prefer to
send us that mold instead of making a new one, you can do so.

Different Types Of Gold Do We Offer?
14kt Gold - Is the hardest type of gold.
However, it tends to tarnish quickly, especially

Gold - It gives the
look of silver and tarnishes very slowly. 18kt - It is recommended for everybody
including all the smokers to order 18kt dental,
because it rarely tarnishes. "It is also
recommended by all the dentists." 22kt Gold - It never tarnishes. Most of
the dentist uses it. 18kt White Gold - It gives the look of
Platinum and almost doesn't tarnish. Platinum - It is the strongest material
that our caps are made from. Platinum never
tarnishes. It's recommended by all the

Before mailing us your mold, please check our website at www.tvjohnny.net and print out an image of the grill that you would want to purchase or write the model number of the grill and the number of teeth, as well as the type of gold and diamonds you would like. All prices should be listed on the same page as the product. You may specify any changes that you would like to make to our design. Any form of upgrade may increase the price.

How Long It Takes
To Get My Caps?
The approximate time for the production and customization of a grill is about 3-4 business days, depending on the complexity of the grill. Invisible hand set grills take up to 7 business days of production time due to the complexity. But we need to get your mold prior to that. We use the shipping type specified when ordering your grill to ship the grill once production is complete.
We are able to expedite orders in extraordinary circumstances. However, production and customization of grills is a labor intensive process. Thus, we recommend not to expedite orders unless extremely necessary.
Can I Eat,
Sleep, drink or smoke with The Caps In?
It is not recommended to eat or sleep with your
caps in due to dental hygiene. However, we do
know that some of our customers do. You must
clean your gold teeth as often as you clean your
teeth to get rid of all of the bacteria. Gold
teeth should not be treated as Dental Work but
should be treated just like any other peace of
jewelry.
To prevent problems, wearers should limit the
amount of time they spend wearing their grills.
Taking grills out before eating, brushing and
flossing more often will also prevent further
oral infections and bacteria. Food and debris
can easily become trapped in the grills and if
left unattended, bacteria collect and produce
acids that can harm your mouth and the grill.
Tar and Nicotine from cigarettes and alcoholic
beverages can accumulate on the gold and
diamonds and make them dull or dirty. Proper
cleaning will restore the grill to its factory
condition. Grills can be cleaned with any
jewelry (gold) cleaner available in jewelry and
departmental stores. Some of the liquid cleaners
available in the market can restore the original
shine of the diamonds. However, getting your
grillz cleaned professionally is the last option
for grillz that are discolored due to extreme
debris accumulation. Proper maintenance of your
grillz will ensure long delays between each
professional cleaning.

Caps Easily?
Yes you can remove them easily and put them back
on just as easy.
Do The Caps Only
Cover The Front Of My Teeth?
"Yes" The caps cover the entire front and
backside of your teeth. Except on your molar
teeth that in most cases will interfere with
your bite.
How Do I Keep My
Caps Clean?
You can use a polishing cloth that you receive
from us to be used only on the outer portion of
your gold teeth. The inside portion you can
gently brush with a toothbrush. You can also
drop your gold teeth in mouth wash over night.
How Long Will The
Caps Last?
Your caps will last for as long as you will take
care of them. We have customers that are wearing
